We understand this was because Meta introduced stricter features around user compliance (risk management) that impacted UK and Irish users. We believe these were fixed by Meta on 23rd November (after a lot of input by GivePanel). We still have reports that the occasional user can’t donate because they do not pass Facebook’s compliance but these reports are not widespread and seem reasonable (as in - Facebook’s new compliance checks are working as intended).
